Free business guides

When you request a guide, we process your email address and selected guide to unlock the PDF download directly in your browser. We do not send the guide by email or retain your address for that one-off download. If you separately choose future guides and offers, we record that choice, its time and the signup source in our business inbox and use your email for those updates based on your consent. The selected download does not depend on marketing consent. You may withdraw marketing consent at any time by emailing hello@ghostsoftwarehouse.com. We retain consent records while needed to manage your subscription and honour withdrawals.

Sharing and international transfers

Technical data may be handled by providers that host, secure or deliver the website. Contact-form enquiries are delivered by Resend, our email delivery provider. Links to GHOST Property and Skizzey take you to separate services with their own privacy notices. We may also disclose information where the law requires it or where necessary to establish or defend legal claims.

Where a provider processes information outside the UK, we require an appropriate transfer safeguard where the law requires one.

How long we keep information
